This Customer Support UTM portal serves as a platform for customer feedback, covering COMPLAINTS, APPLICATIONS, APPRECIATION, INQUIRIES, and SUGGESTIONS from UTM's community and the public regarding UTM services. All feedback must be supported along with any relevant supporting documents (if applicable) to ensure that each feedback is properly processed and evaluated.
The Customer Relations Secretariat (UTM Campus Connect Hub Unit - UTM CCH) manages complaints based on the definition provided on the Public Complaints Bureau website. It is important to understand the definition to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the secretariat's role in managing complaints at UTM.
All feedback is valuable and crucial for continuous improvement and the quality of services at UTM.
